Jobber pricing starts at $29 a month for one user on the Core plan billed annually, or $49 month to month, as of November 2026. Connect starts at $99, Grow at $149 and Plus at $399 a month on annual billing, with prices rising in 1, 5, 10 and 15 user tiers. Extra users are $29 a month each.
Everything below comes from Jobber's own pricing page, read in November 2026. Jobber changes prices and runs promotions, so check the page on the day you sign. This guide adds what the pricing page doesn't do for you: the math for a real crew, the costs that sit outside the plan, and an honest read on who should pick something else.
How much does Jobber cost per month?
Jobber offers three ways to pay: monthly with no commitment, monthly with a one-year commitment, and billed annually. Annual billing is the cheapest. Each plan is priced by how many users you have.
| Plan | Users | Monthly, no commitment | Monthly, 1-year commitment | Billed annually (per month) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | 1 | $49 | $39 | $29 |
| Connect | 1 | $139 | $119 | $99 |
| Connect | 5 | $199 | $169 | $149 |
| Connect | 10 | $299 | $259 | $229 |
| Connect | 15 | $399 | $339 | $299 |
| Grow | 1 | $199 | $169 | $149 |
| Grow | 5 | $299 | $259 | $229 |
| Grow | 10 | $399 | $349 | $299 |
| Grow | 15 | $499 | $429 | $399 |
| Plus | 5 | $499 | $439 | $399 |
| Plus | 10 | $599 | $499 | $449 |
| Plus | 15 | $699 | $599 | $529 |
Prices in USD, as of November 2026, from getjobber.com/pricing. Core is only sold for one user. Plus has no one-user option. Teams of 16 or more, franchises and multi-location businesses are sent to Jobber's sales team, and the page shows no price for them.
The gap between billing options is real money. Core month to month is $588 a year. Core billed annually is $348. On Grow for five users, it is $3,588 a year month to month against $2,748 billed annually. If you already know Jobber fits, the annual price is the one to compare against other tools. If you are not sure yet, pay monthly for the first few months and switch once it has earned its place.
What do the Jobber plans include?
Each plan includes everything in the one below it. Here is what each step adds, summarized from the pricing page.
- Core: online booking and scheduling, quotes, invoices with online payments, a simple website, built-in reporting, and access to more than 100 app integrations.
- Connect: automated client reminders, automatic payment collection, job checklists, automated quote and invoice follow-ups, QuickBooks Online sync, and time and expense tracking.
- Grow: quotes with photos and reviews, optional line items for upsells, automatic time tracking, job costing, two-way texting, and custom workflow automations.
- Plus: unlimited photo and video storage, crew scheduling, automated expense capture, profit alerts, custom reports, dedicated onboarding with premium support, and three add-ons included: Pipeline, Marketing Suite and AI Receptionist.
The plan most owners land on is decided by one or two features. QuickBooks Online sync and automatic follow-ups mean Connect at minimum. Job costing and two-way texting mean Grow. Crew scheduling and profit alerts mean Plus. Decide which of those you will actually use in the first 90 days, then buy that plan, not the one above it. You can move up later; paying for features nobody opens is the most common way owners overspend on field service software.
How does Jobber charge per user?
Jobber prices plans in team-size tiers of 1, 5, 10 and 15 users, and the pricing page also lists additional users at $29 a month each. The page does not spell out which applies when you sit between tiers, for example when a five-person Grow account adds a sixth person.
That matters. On Grow billed annually, six users could cost $258 a month (the 5-user price plus one $29 user) or $299 a month (the 10-user tier). Ask Jobber in writing before you sign, and ask again before you hire.
A user is anyone who logs in. If office staff and techs all need the app, count all of them. If some techs only need to see their schedule, ask whether they need a full user seat, because that answer changes which tier you buy.
What does Jobber cost on top of the plan?
The plan price is not the whole bill. Three add-ons and payment processing are the costs that show up later.
| Item | Price as of November 2026 | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing Suite | $99 a month | Included in Plus |
| AI Receptionist | $29 a month | Included in Plus |
| Pipeline | $49 a month | Included in Plus |
| Additional user | $29 a month | See the tier question above |
| Credit card payments | 2.9% + 30 cents | Same on all plans |
| Tap to Pay | 2.7% + 30 cents | Same on all plans |
| Bank payments (ACH, US only) | 1% | Same on all plans |
| Instant payouts | Additional 1% | Optional |
Source: Jobber pricing page. Card fees are usually the largest line after the plan itself. For example, a shop that collects $30,000 a month by card across 75 payments pays about $892 in card fees at 2.9% plus 30 cents. The same $30,000 paid by bank transfer at 1% is $300. Steering large invoices to bank payment saves more than any plan downgrade.
Two other costs are easy to miss. QuickBooks Online is a separate subscription you pay Intuit for, so the sync on Connect and up assumes you already have it. And your time: setting up services, price lists, client imports and templates takes real hours in the first month, whichever plan you pick.
What does a real crew pay for Jobber?
Three examples, priced from the November 2026 page. These are illustrations of the math, not quotes.
- Solo operator. Core billed annually is $29 a month. If you want QuickBooks Online sync and automatic quote follow-ups, that is Connect at $99 a month billed annually. Most solo owners should start on Core and move up only when the follow-ups would clearly pay for themselves.
- Five-person crew that wants job costing. Grow for five users is $229 a month billed annually or $299 month to month. Add AI Receptionist and it is $258 a month on the annual plan, before card fees.
- Ten-person crew that wants marketing, phones and a sales pipeline. Grow for ten users plus all three add-ons is $299 + $99 + $29 + $49 = $476 a month. Plus for ten users, which includes those add-ons plus crew scheduling and profit alerts, is $449 billed annually. If you would buy two or more add-ons, price Plus first.
Is there a Jobber free trial?
Yes. Jobber offers a 14-day free trial with full access to Grow features and no credit card required. Use it on real work: enter one actual quote, schedule it, send the invoice and take a test payment. Two weeks is short, so set it up on a Monday and run your next five jobs through it.
One caution: the trial shows Grow. If you plan to buy Core or Connect, write down which features you used during the trial that your plan won't have, so the first month doesn't surprise you.
Is Jobber worth it? Who it fits and who it doesn't
| Jobber fits if you | Look elsewhere if you |
|---|---|
| Run 1 to 15 users in residential service (lawn, cleaning, handyman, small HVAC or plumbing) | Have 16 or more users and want a published price (Jobber sends you to sales) |
| Want quoting, scheduling, invoicing and online booking running within a week | Need a technician-driven pricebook, memberships and call booking at scale, which is what ServiceTitan's plans are built around |
| Want a no-commitment monthly option and published prices | Have many occasional field users, where a per-business price with unlimited users can cost less |
| Use QuickBooks Online | Run multiple locations or a franchise (custom pricing through Jobber's partnerships team) |
Our honest read: for a small residential crew, Jobber is one of the cheapest ways to get quoting and invoicing done properly, and the published prices make it easy to budget. It gets less attractive as headcount grows past 15, and for trades that sell from a pricebook and run maintenance memberships at volume.
If you are deciding between the two most common options, our Housecall Pro vs Jobber comparison prices both side by side at each team size.
What are the best Jobber alternatives?
These are the tools owners most often price against Jobber, with prices from each vendor's own page as of November 2026.
| Software | Published starting price | Users | Worth pricing if |
|---|---|---|---|
| Housecall Pro | Basic $59 a month billed annually, $79 monthly | 1 on Basic, 5 on Essentials ($149 / $189), 8 on Max ($299 / $329), then $35 per extra user on Max | You want a price book, flat-rate pricing and GPS tracking in the middle tier |
| Kickserv | Start $60 a month (monthly price; the page says annual saves 20%) | 5 on Start, 10 on Run ($119), 20 on Scale ($199) | You want more users per dollar and a 30-day trial |
| Service Fusion | Starter $208 a month billed annually, $245 monthly | Unlimited on every plan | You have many field users and per-user fees add up |
| Workiz | Not published (request pricing) | Not stated | You want phone and answering add-ons from the same vendor; 7-day trial |
| FieldPulse | Not published (seat-based quote) | Seat-based | You want a sales-led setup |
| ServiceTitan | Not published (per-technician quote) | Per technician | You run a larger HVAC, plumbing or electrical shop with a call center |
Compare at your real team size and billing period, not the headline starting price. A tool that looks cheaper for one user can cost more at eight.
What Jobber doesn't do on its own
Jobber's automations are rules: the same follow-up, at the same timing, for every quote. That covers a lot. Here is where owners usually feel the gap, whatever plan they are on:
- No judgment on which quote deserves a call. Automatic follow-ups go out, then nothing. Nobody ranks the quiet quotes by value and likelihood each week.
- Phones outside Jobber. If you keep your own phone system instead of AI Receptionist, missed calls don't become requests unless someone types them in.
- Money in QuickBooks. A closed job in Jobber and an open balance in QuickBooks are two screens that nobody compares every day.
- One view for the owner. Jobber reports on Jobber. Ad spend, call volume and collections live elsewhere.
Our Jobber AI integration guide covers what Jobber's own AI features do, how an agent connects through Jobber's API, and what should stay with a person. For a wider view of the tools, see the best AI for service businesses.
Where Cortex fits
Cortex does not sell Jobber and is not a Jobber partner. We build AI agents that work inside the software you already run, including Jobber, for home-service companies such as HVAC and other home services trades. Each agent has one job, its own login with the least access it needs, and a person approves anything that matters: messages to customers, payments and record changes.
If Jobber's built-in follow-ups and AI Receptionist cover your problem, turn those on first. They cost less than anything we would build. If they don't, the free AI operations audit looks at your Jobber account, phones and books and tells you which gaps are worth fixing and which aren't.
